PRIVACY POLICY

Home & Hana will not disclose your personal information to any third party or organization. Any personal information provided for the purpose of completing and order is confidential. Home & Hana would like to email you about possible promotions and new products. If you want to unsubscribe from our mailing list,

please email us at homeandhanaco@gmail.com.

RETURNS

If returning unworn/unused merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible to return or receive store credit. All exchanges will need to be pre-authorized and can be done so by emailing us at homeandhanaco@gmail.com before sending your items back. All shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving approval for qualifying return.

Any merchandise must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unworn and without damage). Customers will be held responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back. An exchange or store credit will be processed within 14 days after the returned merchandise is received and there will be 90 days available to use the credit. Home & Hana is not responsible for lost packages.

​Please know that all sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel or amend orders. 


You may return your order once you have received it as long as it is following the procedure detailed above under “Returns”.

INTERNATIONAL

The receiver completing an international order is responsible for any and all taxes and requirements for customs. Home & Hana is not responsible for any international shipments that may be lost while in transit.
